OEM/ODM Customization Services

ODM (Design + Manufacturing)

You specify the functions, performance, and appearance; we handle the entire process from solution design, hardware/software development, and prototype production to mass delivery. You only pay the development fee; after prototype approval, we proceed to volume production.

OEM (Build‑to‑Print)

Lens Tooling (Mold) Customization

For custom PIR lenses, Fresnel lenses, or other optical components requiring new tooling, a one‑time mold fee is charged. The mold is owned by you (the customer), while we retain the right to use it solely for manufacturing your products. We undertake not to use this mold for any third‑party production. If you later wish to take physical possession of the mold, this can be arranged by mutual agreement and at an additional cost.

How to choose between PIR sensor, PIR module, and microwave radar module?

PIR sensor: Outputs raw signals; requires external peripheral circuitry (amplification, filtering, comparison). Suitable for customers with analog circuit design capabilities.
PIR module: Integrates signal processing circuitry; directly outputs high/low level signals; plug-and-play; fast development cycle.
Microwave radar module: Based on the Doppler effect; penetrates non-metallic housings; unaffected by temperature and humidity; suitable for outdoor or harsh environments.
What Fresnel lens series are available? What detection distances and angles do they cover?

Five major series with more than 200 models, covering 3m~40m+ and 90°~360°: spiral (<Φ30, 3-8m, small equipment), hemispherical (Φ≥30, 5-12m, ceiling 360°), square plate (8-20m+, long distance for security), round plate (3-5m, short focal length), and irregular shape (customizable).
What is the difference between digital-intelligent PIR and analog PIR?

Analog PIR: Outputs weak analog voltage signals; requires external amplification and filtering circuits.
Digital-intelligent PIR: Built-in ADC and signal processing algorithms; directly outputs digital signals; strong anti-interference capability; simplifies circuit design.
Do you provide samples? How are they charged?

Yes, we provide samples. Sample fees vary by product. Low-value products may be provided free of charge, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Sample fees are non-refundable and cannot be deducted from future orders.
What is the difference between trigger modes?

Non-repeatable trigger mode: After the delay period, the output automatically returns to low level and does not respond to new triggers during that period. Lower power consumption. Suitable for sensor lights and energy-saving applications.
Repeatable trigger mode: The output stays high as long as the human body continues moving within the detection range. Suitable for security alarm applications requiring continuous response.
What is the OEM/ODM customization process?

ODM (Design + Manufacturing): You specify requirements; we handle the entire process from solution design, development, sample production to mass delivery.
OEM (Build-to-Print): You provide design drawings; we manufacture according to your specifications.
Process: Requirements Analysis → Solution Recommendation → Sample Production → Confirmation → Mass Production.
How does circuit customization work?

We can either develop a new circuit from scratch based on your functional requirements, or we can replicate (1:1 copy) an existing circuit based on a sample you provide. A one-time development fee applies to all circuit customization orders. The exact fee will be quoted based on the scope of work.
What are the costs and ownership terms for lens moulding (tooling)?

Custom lens moulding is available when standard lenses cannot meet your requirements. A one-time mould (tooling) fee applies. The mould is owned by you (the customer). We retain the right to use the mould solely for manufacturing your products and will not use it for any third-party production. If you wish to take physical possession of the mould, this can be arranged by mutual agreement.
How do you control quality for mass production?

Incoming material inspection → Process control → 100% outgoing inspection, with a factory test report attached to each batch.
What after-sales support do you provide?

We provide prompt issue response, assist with fault analysis and troubleshooting, provide corrective recommendations and improvement plans, and offer long-term partnership assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
What is the lead time?

Standard stock products: 2-5 working days.
Customized products: Approximately 15 working days (depending on complexity).
What are the shipping methods?

We primarily use international express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. If you have a designated freight forwarder you prefer to use, we are happy to cooperate with your forwarder as well.
What are the pricing terms and payment methods?

Pricing terms: All quotations are defaulted as EXW (Ex Works) . If you require FOB or other trade terms (e.g., CIF, DDP), please specify this in your inquiry so we can adjust the quotation accordingly.
Payment methods: We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance orders.
