Testing Procedures
Luminous Resistance Testing
The photoresistor is exposed to 400-600Lux light for 2 hours, followed by resistance measurement under 10Lux light from standard light source A.
Dark Resistance Evaluation
The resistance value is measured 10 seconds after turning off the 10Lux light source.
Resistance Values Assessment
The Y value represents the standard resistance under 10Lux and 100Lux illumination, while R10 and R100 denote resistance values under 10Lux and 100Lux illumination.
Wire Bending and Vibration Resistance
The wire should bend without breakage, and the photoresistor must withstand vibration for two hours without damage.
Voltage Withstand and Temperature Resistance
A 200V DC voltage is applied to both ends of the photoresistor in the dark state, and resistance to moisture and high temperatures is evaluated under specific conditions.
Impact Resistance Testing
Resistance change is monitored after exposure to varying temperatures to assess impact resistance.
Packaging and Precautions
Packaging Options
Photoresistors are available in small bags of 100 or 200 pieces, small boxes of 1000 or 2000 pieces, and boxes of 10000 pieces, depending on size requirements.
Storage Recommendations
It is advised to avoid storing photoresistors in damp or high-temperature environments to maintain product integrity.
Welding Guidelines
Pin welding should be completed within 3 seconds at a distance of ≥ 4mm from the ceramic base, with a welding temperature of 260°C - 280°C. External forces on pins during and after welding should be minimized, and repeated welding is discouraged.
