Test conditions
(1) Luminous resistance: After being exposed to 400 - 600Lux light for 2 hours, it is measured with 10Lux light under standard light source A (with a color temperature of 2856K).
(2) Dark resistance: The resistance value is measured at the 10th second after the 10Lux light is turned off.
(3) The Y value indicates the standard value under 10Lux illumination and 100Lux illumination. The resistance values are R10 and R100 under the illuminations of 10Lux and 100Lux respectively.
(4) Wire bending degree: Any bending of the wire is carried out without any breakage or damage being detected.
(5) Vibration: Place the photoresistor on the vibrator and vibrate it for two hours. No damage was found.
(6) Voltage withstand: Apply a 200V DC voltage to both ends of the photoresistor in the dark state, with no abnormal phenomena occurring.
(7) Moisture and high temperature resistance: When operating at a humidity of 75 and a temperature of 70 ℃, the resistance change rate is less than ± 10%. When stored at a humidity of 75 and a temperature of 80 ℃, its resistance change rate is also less than ± 10%.
(8) Impact resistance: Place the photoresistor at 80 ℃, then at 25 ℃ after 4 hours, and at -30 ℃ after 2 hours. After 4 hours, the resistance change rate of the photoresistor before and after being placed is less than ± 10%.
Packaging and Precautions
A small bag contains 100 or 200 pieces, a small box contains 1000 or 2000 pieces, and a box contains 10000 pieces. Due to differences in size and requirements.
Avoid storing photoresistors in damp and high-temperature environments.
It should be noted that the recommended pin welding should be completed within 3 seconds at a distance of ≥ 4mm from the ceramic base, ensuring a welding temperature of 260 ℃ - 280 ℃, and it should not exceed the rated range. During or after the welding process, external forces should be prevented from acting on the pins, and repeated welding is not allowed.
