Bw series thermal protector is a bimetal using certain geometry without auxiliary institutions,only by bimetallic strip their own sense of mild heating current, rapid changes in the state of bimetallicelement,which drive contact automatic cutting and processing circuit directly, to reach overheatprotection, overload protection.

Cautions
ABS plastic shell protector should not be used for more than 130 C high temperature environmentfor a long time, in order to prevent causing plastic deformation of the protector.
Shall not be in strong acid, alkali and other strong corrosive environment for long time use.
Protectors should be installed in a protected object temperature sensitive point,the heat surfaceshould be effectively protected in close contact with components or directly to protected area.
During the installation process, in order to prevent the casing deformation or damage and make theprotector performance change, attention should be paid to the following: sharp tools shall not be used forprotector for pressure;Shall not use gravity mauling protector;
Connection method using arc welding process,the welding current is not through the thermalprotector, otherwise excessive current can cause direct damage by the action of thermal protection contact.
