(1) Usage: According to the principle of photoelectric control, it automatically controls the working status of the product with changes in external light.
(2) Performance: A. Epoxy resin; B. Fast reaction speed;
C. High sensitivity; D. Small volume;
E. Good reliability; F. Good spectral characteristics.
(3) Main material composition: CdS CdSe, epoxy resin, ceramic substrate, tinned copper wire.
Camera, automatic metering, photoelectric control, indoor light control,
alarm industrial control, light control switch, light control lamp, electronic toy.
(1) Light Sensitivity: Expose the photoresistor to 400-600Lux light for 2 hours, then measure its resistance under 10Lux light from standard light source A (with a color temperature of 2856K).
(2) Dark Sensitivity: Measure the resistance value of the photoresistor 10 seconds after turning off the 10Lux light.
(3) Resistance Values: Y value represents the standard resistance under 10Lux and 100Lux illumination. R10 and R100 are the resistance values under 10Lux and 100Lux illumination, respectively.
(4) Flexibility Test: Bend the wire of the photoresistor without causing any breakage or damage.
(5) Vibration Test: Subject the photoresistor to vibrations for two hours without any signs of damage.
(6) Voltage Endurance: Apply a 200V DC voltage to the photoresistor in the dark without any abnormal behavior.
(7) Moisture and Heat Resistance: Test the photoresistor at 75% humidity and 70℃ temperature, ensuring resistance change is within ±10%. When stored at 75% humidity and 80℃ temperature, resistance change should also be within ±10%.
(8) Impact resistance: Place the photoresistor at 80 ℃, then at 25 ℃ after 4 hours, and at -30 ℃ after 2 hours. After 4 hours, the resistance change rate of the photoresistor before and after being placed is less than ± 10%.
Packaging and Precautions
Capacitors are available in small bags of 100 or 200 pieces, small boxes of 1000 or 2000 pieces, and larger boxes of 10000 pieces to accommodate various size and usage requirements.
Photoresistors should not be stored in humid or high-temperature environments to prevent damage.
When pin welding capacitors, it is recommended to complete the process within 3 seconds at a distance of ≥ 4mm from the ceramic base. The welding temperature should be maintained between 260 ℃ -280 ℃ and should not exceed the specified range. Avoid applying external forces on the pins during or after welding, and refrain from repeated welding to ensure proper functionality.
