1.Product Overview
HW-HY001 is the latest single board thermal radiation flame alarm sensing module launched by our company. The passive sensor detection adopts a 3-in-1 induction judgment method of infrared+ultraviolet+thermal radiation, and uses the Curie temperature of lithium carbonate crystal material to accurately detect and warn flames with a temperature above 250-4000 ℃ and a wavelength of 380-750nm.
The relative dielectric constant is small, and within a wide range of room temperature, there can be significant temperature difference and high contrast polarity changes for fire warning.
The detector has stable performance and can quickly capture and respond within 100ms when a fire occurs, triggering an alarm.
Used for various types of open flame induction fire warning, such as fire warning, security warning, industrial plant, mining area, chemical combustible alarm, household residential, charging station, gas station, charger, equipment and machinery, etc.
2.Operational Principle
HW-HY001 is a flame detector made of lithium carbonate crystal composite material, which uses filters to test the spectra of different bands to detect visible or invisible light radiation while producing smoke and releasing heat during material combustion. Utilize the optical characteristics of flames in the shorter ultraviolet wavelength and longer infrared wavelength to utilize the use of. When different substances burn, their emitted red and ultraviolet spectra differ. By distinguishing the environmental spectrum from the flame spectrum, it triggers a phase change in the sensor's electric field and outputs a warning signal.
3.Product Features
HW-HY001 utilizes a 3-in-1 multivariate sensor to capture signals, with wide coverage, high consistency, low power consumption, and compliance with ROHS, CE, KC, UL and other certification requirements. Moreover, it has strong anti-interference ability and is not affected by environmental temperature, humidity, airflow, dust, noise, brightness, etc. Having special anti-interference ability, it can adapt well to the application scenarios of the vast majority of intelligent product secondary development. This product has better sensing effect when used indoors; When used outdoors, it is normal for the sensing distance to be slightly reduced or the sensitivity to be slightly weak due to the influence of the environment. Users do not need to question the product. This product is mostly used in macro scenarios.
4.Induction Time
The capture time of fire warning will continuously output a trigger signal when the triggering conditions are met, and the LED indicator light will have a constant light indication. When the flame disappears, the flame sensor source will reset within 3-5 seconds to restore detection mode. The induction time is determined by the time of the fire.
