    2. Product working principle:

    The HW-N9MW microwave sensor module uses a planar antenna to send and receive high-frequency electromagnetic waves according to the principle of Doppler effect, and then detects micro-movement of the folded wave and then triggers the microprocessor to work. Finally, the OUT terminal outputs 3V effective high-power. Flat signal.


    3. Product features:

    Professional planar microstrip antenna design, field-shaped transmission and reception signals, wide coverage, high consistency, low power consumption, ROHS environmental protection, and strong anti-interference ability, not affected by temperature, humidity, air flow, dust, noise, light and dark .     4. Induction time:

    The default repeatable trigger: If the trigger signal is triggered again in the sensing area after the first trigger of the output signal, the module delay time will be added again when the first trigger time is not stopped. (For example, the module trigger time is 2S, and it is accepted again in 2S. To the sensing signal, once again superimposed 2S, there will always be an output signal when there is no nonstop trigger.) Non-repetitive trigger: The sensor triggers once, no time superimposed (for example: time 2s, trigger once, output 2s, within 2s Regardless of multiple triggers as invalid, time does not stack once for 2 seconds.

    7. Angles and Radiation Patterns

Due to the close relationship between Doppler radar microwave and space, the practical application needs to define the detection range and angle according to the application environment (the smaller the microwave detection range space is, the higher the sensitivity is, and the larger the space is, the higher the sensitivity is attenuation).     9. Note:

    ●About the installation process requirements of the product When installing and testing the product and actual assembly, please be sure to keep at least 10mm in front of the antenna board (S-shaped hole PCB) of the module product. Never touch or touch the plane of any object, or the product will not work properly.

    ● About power

    It is recommended to use a qualified DC power supply, that is, the output voltage, current and ripple coefficient are all up to the standard DC power supply, otherwise it will affect the stability of the product, there may be some abnormalities, such as: false positives, no induction , Cycle from Kai, etc.


    ● About false positives

    1, to ensure the power of the eligibility, please refer to the above first item;

    2, When testing, ensure that there is no moving object (in the sensing range) around the product to be tested.

    3, After power on, there is about 10s initialization time. During this period, it belongs to non-normal induction, which may cause false alarm false image;

    4, when the indoor test, the induction is relatively sensitive, the surrounding needs to remain static, and to ensure that the first induction signal cycle is completed after the next test; outdoor test, be sure to pay attention to the dynamic environment of the surrounding environment, such as birds, Pedestrians, traffic, etc.

    5, The signal current output by this module is very weak. When the load is directly driven, it may cause false alarms. Please be sure to refer to the application diagram of this product.


    ● Adjustment of work delay

    A [time] resistor (R2) is soldered on the back of the module to change the delay time. The larger the resistance, the longer the delay.


    ● Adjustment of sensing distance

    There is a [distance] resistor (R5) on the back of the module to convert the sensing distance. The greater the resistance, the greater the distance. Adjustable resistance range is 150K-2M.


    Note: If the resistance value is greater than 2MΩ, it will make the circuit unstable! Customers are advised not to change this resistor by themselves. If necessary, please contact our relevant staff.


    ● The shell assembly of this product

    The metal shell is not easily penetrated by microwaves and infrared rays, so this product should be avoided from being used in a metal shell. However, barriers such as plastics, ceramics and woody soils have better penetration effects. Specific circumstances, please take the test as the standard.


    ● The product's mutual harmonicity

    This product has a certain degree of mutual resonance interference, so within the effective sensing range, try to avoid installing two or more modules face to face, otherwise it may affect your use of results. When necessary, please be sure to contact our relevant staff.
